Detalis: GYNEMED GM501 Wash is a ready-to-use medium formulated for washing human oocytes and embryos and for other short-term handling procedures outside of the incubator, including steps such as washing after hyaluronidase treatment (denudation), ICSI, polar body or blastomere biopsy, and similar manipulations. GYNEMED Composition & Specifications Contains salts (NaCl, KCl, KH₂PO₄, MgSO₄·7H₂O, CaCl₂·2H₂O), NaHCO₃, glucose, lactate, pyruvate, EDTA, Alanyl-Glutamine, amino acids, HEPES (15 mM), and human serum albumin at 5.00 g/L.
